JOAT Property Services is looking for motivated and reliable Lawn Care & Property Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team.

This position will start part-time with a quick transition to full-time for the right candidate(s).

No experience? No problem. We're willing to train someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

What you'll be doing:
✔ Lawn care & trimming
✔ Property cleanups
✔ Garden maintenance
✔ Mulch installations
✔ Junk removal
✔ Window cleaning
✔ General property maintenance

Requirements:
• Full G driver's licence with clean abstract
• Reliable transportation
• Bondable
• Able to perform physical outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
