This shed features high end Cambridge Asphalt Shingles, Pine Board and Batten with Cabot Stain, and all the proper behind the scenes finishes including ice and water on the roof, substantial air flow behind the walls and under the roof sheathing, and extra roof vents to air out this backyard shed.

The soffits are fitted with LED pot lights and their are even 20Amp Outdoor plugs on 3 sides of the building for whatever your garden needs are!

Last job here is to encase the roof supports in pine and stain them white.

Features a new asphalt basketball court, Douglas Sports Galvanized Gooseneck Basketball hoop with breakaway rim!

Installation of sports equipment completed by New Court Sport Solutions and professional “Highschool” Basketball Lines installed!

Barn Board Feature Wall

This barn board feature wall was completed on the Tennis Farm as part of the basement “Tennis Clubhouse” renovation.

The wood was sourced from a barn on the property.

The flooring is a commercial grade vinyl.

Before installation the wall was painted a dark brown to prevent any knot holes from showing the finished light grey paint.

The plugs and plates were converted to a slate grey to better blend.
