We brought the music the movement the fun and the games creating a space where all bodies and abilities could play connect and feel free☺️

This is why we dance. To uplift. To include. To remind our community that joy and movement is the medicine🙌

We painted, tie-dyed, ate sweet treats, and danced under the sun all in support of and their amazing work as a new NPO! 🙌💛

Huge love to the Hamilton Hikers for inviting us to bring the music + movement to such a heart filled community event. Today they raised funds for future hikes, safety gear, and collected clothing donations for The Compassion Society.
