Yesterday I spoke at a networking event with Magnetic Muslimah and it reminded me that communication isn’t about being perfect in what we have to say. It's about showing up in spaces.
We had the opportunity to speak from our hearts and it was such a powerful moment. Some reminders are that communication is about:

Finding moments to be moe present!
Making people feel heard
And most importantly,
It’s about connection.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can bring into a room is not your title, but your ability to listen.

Most of us were never taught how to communicate, we just picked it up as we went.

And now we’re trying to navigate relationships, conflict, and pressure with tools we never really had.

If communication feels confusing, heavy, or even a little hopeless, you’re not alone.
Let’s start unlearning and rebuilding, one honest conversation at a time.
