While he grew up in Dartmouth for over a decade on Council he's been sticking his "nerdy South End nose" into the important challenges and decisions facing folks from Sheet Harbour to Hubbards, and every Halifax neighbourhood, town, community, pier and pasture in-between. Because he's always known that regional councillors need to see beyond the boundaries of their districts. And because residents across Halifax have ASKED him for his help over the years… and he's loved to give it. Waye is a Councillor for District 7 Halifax South Downtown, and a candidate for Mayor of Halifax Regional Municipality.
