Ruff Days Dog Walking

What a great day!! I am so excited to say that we raised $3000 from our Pet Portrait Fundraiser! Despite the weather not cooperating, we had a blast of a day and got to help out our friends North Halton Kitten Rescue & UDR Canada Rescue

To the local businesses who generously donated..THANK YOU! I have said it time and time again, that you all blew me away this year with the prize table! I am so thankful!

And to all the people and pets who supported this year, THANK YOU!!!! This was all because of you!

And now to the dream team...THANK YOU! From the set up to the take down and every moment in between, I could not have done this without all of you! Ray, Kristen, Ashley, Nicky, Corie, Jasmin and all the mini me's helping! Thank you all for being there! And Mom, thank you for your behind the scenes help and as always, listening to me and my endless lists of tasks over and over...and over 🤍

To our lovely face painter, Aneesa...you were a main event all on your own! The kids LOVED you! We even had people show up JUST to have their face painted by you! Thank you for being part of this with us again!

To the cutest balloon artist, Skye and her lovely assistant, Nova (and their supervisor, Shannon). Thank you all for being there and making and REmaking balloons for everyone!

To the newbie!! Nicky, thank you for joining in the madness of it all and not even blinking an eye! You were so great with all the dogs (and people) and I cannot wait to see how the photos turn out! Thank you for being part of the day!

Kristen, as always..thank you for doing this with me and being my sounding board along the way! Without you, none of this would even be possible and I am forever grateful for you and our friendship!

Lastly, I wanna give a special shout-out to my favourite girl, Brookie (who doesn't have socials so she won't see this until she's older) but I love you and thank you for all the prep work you did leading up to the day and the morning of! You didn't even hesitate to come stand in the rain and set up the tents with Kristen and I! Not everyone got to see how much work you did at home, but I did! Things ran so smoothly because of your help! Love you 🤍

I'm really starting to think this 'mini bus' idea might need to become reality soon 🚌
