TCEG Con is looking for some generous, hardworking people to volunteer for TCEG Con. Help make this con a success while snagging some awesome volunteer benefits for yourself.
Positions That Need to be Filled

Front Desk Volunteers
---------------------------------
Skills: Patience, handling money, personalble, and great people skills
Front Desk volunteers are responsible for registering people for the events as well as answering questions.
Safety Volunteers
--------------------------------
Must be 18+ to apply
Skills: Sharp eye, good people skills, a love of walking, preferably has first aid training.
Our Safety Volunteers will be responsible for keeping an eye on the event, helping people in need and simply making sure the event is both fun and safe.
Set Up - Tear Down Volunteers

Skills: Lift heavy objects, sorting, and good at packing.
Available on Thursday the 8th? Or on the Tuesday after the Event? Well we'd like to hear from you and your help setting up and possible dissembling everything. The perfect volunteer opportunity for those who don't want to miss a thing at TCEG con, but want to contribute to the event.
Tech/Gaming Volunteer

Skills: Networking, making computers and consoles work
Are you good at tech? Thing you are good at networking computers and making consoles work? Welp, we definitely could use some help. While we definitely have some tech affluent people on staff, we could use way more.
General Volunteer

Skills: Likes surprises, jack of all trades,
Throughout the event holes in our volunteer plan will appear, and odd issues might come up. If you want to be a general volunteer, your mission will be to fill those holes and help fix these issues as they come up.
Volunteer Rewards
----------------------------------
1 Shift = 2 Hours
Priority Shift = Counts as two shifts.
2 Shifts
----------------
- Free admission for that day of the event.
6 Shifts
----------------
- Free full weekend pass
- Free food and drink during the event
- Volunteer T-Shirt
- Invitation to the Volunteer Dinner
- 1 raffle ticket entered for every shift worked for some amazing prizes our gaming sponsors have provided
- Free game registration for every 2 shifts worked.

Those that apply will be invited to a Volunteer meetup where we can discuss your roles in further detail, meet your fellow volunteers, and enjoy a light snack.

Training will be provided prior to the event.

WHAT PASS IS FOR WHAT
An All Access Pass is required to gain admission to the TCEG CON 2015 Vendor Tradeshow and the Gaming Arenas.

This pass is your general admission and pays for the event production.
Game Registrations are only for registering your spot for the Game you register for and do not grant access to TCEG Con.
Game registrations pay for prizing, Bonus pots, and game operations.

ADVANCE PRE-PURCHASE DELIVERY
Once you purchase an All Access Event Pass or a game reg on our website before Sept 15, there is NOTHING else you need to do. No download required.
We will be mailing out ALL Pre-purchased ADVANCE Event passes and Game Reg Tickets mid september.

EVENT ALL-ACCESS PASSES
The advance All Access pass for 4 days will only be available at the promo price online of $20/4 days until Oct 5, 2015.
Passes purchased online after Sept 15 - Oct 5 will need to be picked up at the Edm Expo Centre Show office at TCEG Con 2015 on Oct 9th.
On site day of passes will be $30/4days and $20/day.

GAME REGISTRATION
Game reg will only be available on site day of if space is available for the game/pool you want to play in.
Pricing will not change from ADVANCE to on-site day of, but availability of each game will as we get closer to the event date.
Bonus Pot games where we are giving away tons of cash will probably not have many if any spots available to reg on game day.
Some pools have very limited spots left so if you plan on playing,
get your game reg in now to avoid disappointment.
