Post-traumatic growth is a pathway for resilience, recovery, and meaning-making after trauma exposure.

The OSI-CAN program is offering a free 6-week education group for anyone in Alberta who has experienced trauma as the result of their work.

The group will focus on strengthening recovery, building insight, supporting long-term wellbeing, and helping participants understand how adversity can be integrated into healing and renewed purpose.

OSI-CAN’s Fort McMurray peer support group meets online the second and fourth Wednesday of every month at 6 pm.

OSI-CAN’s Leduc peer support group meets every third Sunday of the month at 4 pm in a safe, private, and confidential location. Attend online or in-person.
