Post-traumatic growth is a pathway for resilience, recovery, and meaning-making after trauma exposure.
The OSI-CAN program is offering a free 6-week education group for anyone in Alberta who has experienced trauma as the result of their work.
The group will focus on strengthening recovery, building insight, supporting long-term wellbeing, and helping participants understand how adversity can be integrated into healing and renewed purpose.

• Grief education group
Learn how grief impacts mental health and how it can intertwine with trauma to intensify PTSD-related symptoms.
• Post-traumatic growth group
Strengthen recovery, build insight, support long-term wellbeing, and understand how adversity can be integrated into healing and renewed purpose.
