Although I’m not currently creating cakes for the general public I have been making cakes for family — this was a semi naked chocolate salted caramel cake for my sweet sister in law.

COVID may have all sorts of restrictions on us, but no restriction to enjoy a special cake.

This 8” cake was made for one of the team players to celebrate a milestone birthday.
