“Is this just my new normal now?”
For generations, women were told to smile, stay quiet, and power through.
Discomfort?
“Just aging.”
Pain?
“Part of the deal.”
Not anymore.
If intimacy has become painful during perimenopause or menopause, that is common.
But it is not something you have to grin and bear.
Your body is changing. Hormones are shifting. And there are real, evidence-based solutions that can make a meaningful difference.
You deserve comfort.
You deserve pleasure.
You deserve better than “just live with it.”
If you’ve been quietly wondering what’s happening to your body and what can actually be done about it, come get informed.
🎬 Join us for The (M) Factor 2 screening and expert panel.
We’re having the conversation our mothers didn’t get to have.
Be in the room.

Spending time outdoors in the sunshine is one of the best parts of summer, especially being in Canada where we face long winters! However, it’s important to make sure you are being safe in the heat and sun. Here are some key tips to support your skin and overall wellness while enjoying those sunny days:
• Hydrate: Sweating during outdoor activities means you're losing not just water, but essential minerals like sodium, potassium, and magnesium. Add electrolytes to your water if you’re exercising, sweating heavily, or out in the sun for extended periods.
• Wear a wide-brimmed hat: A breathable, wide-brimmed hat helps protect your face, neck, and scalp which are areas that are especially prone to sun exposure.
• Seek shade during peak UV hours: Try to limit direct sun exposure between 10am and 4pm, when UV rays are at their strongest. Find or create shade when possible, especially for little ones or those with sensitive skin.
• Choose mineral sunscreen: Broad-spectrum mineral sunscreen with zinc oxide or titanium dioxide are great options. These ingredients sit on the skin’s surface and reflect UV rays, acting as a physical barrier, making them a great choice if you’re prone to irritation or have sensitive skin.
Summer is a time to feel energized, not drained. Protecting your skin and staying well-hydrated helps you feel your best while enjoying all that the season has to offer.
