Please try and give me 24 hrs notice to cancel an appointment. “No shows” will be charged a fee of 50% of the original appointment price to be paid prior to booking another appointment. Late arrivals over 15 minutes may be subject to a modified service in order to remain on schedule. I reserve the right to refuse any service for any reason, including frequent cancellations, no-shows and/or failure to comply with the policies I have in place for my business.
