🥗 Ingredients:
• 1 bunch dandelion greens, chopped (local organic red and green dandelion greens have just arrived at Pomme! 🌿)
• ½ cucumber, sliced
• ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
• Crumbled feta, optional
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Salt + pepper

👩‍🍳 Directions:
Combine dandelion greens, cucumber, and red onion in a bowl. Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper, then toss with the salad. Top with feta if desired and enjoy!
