Why we started FORJE: Our Sunday family dinners

Forje Knives was born of our shared passion for cooking and our belief in the strong bonds that are forged over a meal. 

This shared love of cooking and decades of experience in the machining industry made creating a knife we’d love to use in our own kitchen an obvious family project.
