Wow.
Honestly it’s been a crazy 10+ weeks.
I’ll admit the mental game has been harder then the physical all these weeks. I stepped back a lot and needed to really take care of my health in many ways the last 10 Weeks since my surgery..but I’m getting back to business!

You’ve all offered so many kind words; given me grace when I needed it. I was able to step into recovery, spend time with my family and just fall off the face of the planet for a bit.

There’s lots of changes coming up the next few months and I hope your as excited as I am for it! 😉
