I want to feel strong & confident for summer but I don’t know where to start…” I gotchu mama!!, here’s your 6-week plan:
STEP 1: YOUR WORKOUTS 👉 4 workouts a week, full body strength training, plyometrics for a metabolism boost, 32 minutes on average, done from home
STEP 2: YOUR STEPS 👉 10,000 steps at least 5 days a week! You don’t need to hit it perfectly every day, just keep moving because every step counts!!!
STEP 3: YOUR MINDSET 👉 stop waiting until you FEEL ready. Stop waiting until life slows down. Stop waiting until after the kids’ schedules settle. The best time to start is NOW! You deserve this 🫶🏼
