Telos Wellness is a consulting, coaching and teaching company that assists people with relationships, mental wellness, depression, divorce, weight-loss, and personal issues. This lead me to an extraordinary journey on a small island in NE Thailand. There I met my first teacher who instructed me on Reiki and shared spiritual ideas that I had never before encountered.
