SEAN V. GREEN ~ Born and raised in Calgary Alberta, Sean’s professional career began in 2004 after attaining a Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Calgary. For much of Sean’s nursing career he practiced as a crisis interventionist with Alberta Health Services’ Mobile Response Team. As a crisis interventionist Sean assisted clients of all ages presenting with complex mental health and psychosocial issues. In this position Sean collaborated with the law enforcement, hospital emergency staff, family physicians and other community partners to ensure stabilization and facilitate follow-up with post-crisis treatment services. During this time Sean consulted with the Calgary Police Service to develop a training program for officers on how to deal with emotionally disturbed persons. Sean returned to the University of Calgary to study law, graduating with a Juris Doctor in 2013. Sean was employed by Bennett Jones LLP as both a summer student and articling student between 2011 and 2014. Bennett Jones LLP provided broad exposure to many practice areas, however Sean’s primary focus was in Commercial Real Estate, Employment, Tax, Wills and Estate Planning. Following his articles, Sean elected to leave Bennett Jones LLP for small practice so that he might practice exclusively in the areas of Real Estate, Wills & Estate services and Small Business legal. Sean is married with four children and takes pleasure in spending time with his family. On weekends they often escape to Alberta’s Rocky Mountains or the Okanagan to enjoy camping, boating, skiing and hiking.
