Squats on heels are even both sides now. Physio recommended this other exercise, Eccentric Quadriceps Strengthening, for my left leg to rebuild, for the motorcycle riding position. Mostly where the weight is on the balls of my feet and leg is bent, knee flexion is greater, and increase endurance of holding this position longer over time. Admittedly, I've been struggling to hold a neutral 🏍 riding position while on the ZX636 street bike and the CBR125 mini track bike, making it difficult to do either of them skillfully. So will chip away at this until both legs are more even in this position.
Tennis elbow 🙄 physio suggested the compression sleeve, massage, stretches, and reworking the muscles surrounding the affected area, so the strained muscles and tendon won't be relied on so heavily, which is what causes the injury to begin with. So back to basics, push ups, front lateral raises, for working out the shoulder, back, and forearm muscles.💪🏼
