Today we honor Indigenous Peoples’ Day by recognizing the original stewards of this land and the creative warriors reclaiming their relationship with the plant.

Indigenous leaders are restoring ancestral knowledge, rebuilding access, and reminding us that healing and sovereignty go hand in hand. Their art, advocacy, and cultivation keep culture alive — and community grounded.

Tag an Indigenous creator, brand, or healer leading in plant medicine so we can uplift and celebrate them today and every day.

September carries complexities. During National Recovery Month and Su***de Prevention Month, these are times that have the ability bring up sensitive memories from people within the Jane community. We know these topics are tender at heart, and we want you to know you are not alone in carrying them.

This month’s resources are here to remind you of the power of care: care for yourself, care for each other, and care from our community. If you need support, reach out on our website for additional resources on Jane’s Toolbox. If you have the space, offer a little extra gentleness to those around you.

Together, we make it through the heavy by showing up for one another.

Today is National Nonprofit Day, and we’re reminded why This is Jane Project exists: to illuminate complex paths toward trauma recovery by cultivating programs that explore these paths and building bridges to ensure Janes have affordable, reliable access to the tools necessary to forge them.

In a world that can feel out of control, togetherness becomes a form of power. When we come together, we practice listening, being seen, and remembering that healing nourishes within community.

Thank you for being part of this movement with us: your presence, voice, and compassionate care make the work we do possible.
