We are very good at taking care of our personal hygiene and protecting our bodies from germs and bacteria, we keep our body clean and as healthy as possible, and most even try to keep our minds "clean" too, but a huge part of our overall hygiene, it's actually our spiritual hygiene ~ where we combine mind, body and soul together and that we should honour and protect.

Protecting our energetic field is just as important as protecting and taking care of the rest of our body. We're in constant contact with tons of people / places that influence our EMF. Our energy torus (electromagnetic/auric field) expands waaay beyond our physical bodies and when in contact to another person's torus, for example, there's an exchange of energy.

Energy disturbances or blockages in other people’s fields can "negatively" impact us in many forms - negative thoughts and emotions, heaviness, feeling yucky and ungrounded, etc. All of these can later become more dense and manifest in the physical body.

Crystals such as black tourmaline, amethyst, shungite, smoky quartz, selenite, clear quartz, black onyx, obsidian etc., can help you keep your EMF and spaces clean and protected. High frequency music, sage smudging and energy showers help too 🙏🏽

I've shared the energetic shower ritual before, so this time I wanted to share a Clearing and Protecting crystal layout for you to recreate on your own:

~ Play some high frequency music and burn some incense (or diffuse essential oils).
~ Grab any of the crystals mentioned above.
~ Lay comfortably on the floor and intuitively lay them out around and on your body. You can incorporate protective and clearing herbs too.
~ Close your eyes, breathe in, breathe out, and and visualize light energy surrounding your entire body, grounding you and clearing all the heaviness, "yucky spots" and densities from your EMF.
~ Take a deep breath and visualize your body laying inside big pyramid of glowing violet light and say: "I let go of all the energy that does not belong to me, I am whole, safe and protected".
~ Give thanks and stay mindful of the energy you allow into your space.
