Zhee Elle has more than 2 decades of experience in managing top cafes, restaurants, food labs and other culinary endeavors. She has her barista as well as foodserv certification. Beyond this it is the spirit of hospitality that flows in her veins that make her the best in what she does.

This Year Chef Pinky has won Calgary's hearts with this Menu for the last few months. This year we invite you to Celebrate with us as we continue to serve quality food.

Chef Pinky is Japan Cordon Bleu Trained chef with international culinary experience. She has dazzled taste buds for 3 decades in Dubai, Philippines and Japan in different restaurant and cafe settings. Canada wide she has worked in Ottawa and now in Alberta. She is adept in both savory and sweet offerings. Thus our D'Villa menu is studded with her worldwide experience with a mix of continental and Asian flavors and recipes.
