There is something really special about watching a room full of strangers slowly soften.

Walls come down. Breath deepens. Shoulders drop.
And by the end, it doesn’t feel like “a class” anymore — it feels like connection.

This is why I do what I do.

To create spaces where you can feel safe enough to come home to your body… and maybe feel a little less alone while you’re there 🤍
