New Doug fir shaker style doors installed, Jambs and trim. Stained to match the rest of the house. Hidden magnetic latches and ball bearing hinges, the back side got mirrored glass inlays for the walk in closet.

Feature wall project in the NW, took it from basic drywall to a white oak slat wall with a charred and polished floating mantel, WiFi controlled sconces, electric fireplace and tv mounts.

Quick kitchen update project in the SW, island changed to a single level with a solid wood countertop, new sink and paneling. Ikea countertops installed elsewhere to give this place a needed refresh.

Glass French doors Added to a basement to create an office for the client. I framed a small wall, drywalled then installed the glass french doors from TimberTown NE. Painters coming in asap to finish it off.

Full house tear out and replacement of interior doors, baseboard and window trims just completed. Client requested custom made architraves. Updated this 1980's dark wood trimed house to a more modern standard.

Storm Door installs available, starting at $235 for basic install, $285 if furring out is need. Client can just choose a model from the showrooms at home depot or rona. Fitted recently, Anderson 4000 and Larson savannah.

2023 Bathroom Renovation - Bathtub to Walk in Shower conversion

This was a complete gut of an ensuite bathroom
- New shower enclosure created using the Schluter Kerdi Waterproofing system
- Moen Multiple shower head system - Wall mouted and Rainfall shower heads
- 2 x Niches and small bench seat
- 8" hexagon Tiles from Centura tiles
- Flush / Hidden Floor register from Aria
- Vanity and contertop from Ikea
- New Toilet, Sink, Mirror, towel rails, lighting and extractor fan

Cedar was then milled in house to client specs

Client contacted me about a failed install by another contractor
- Against manufacturer instructions small pebbles were install on a foam shower base. They were failing and peeling off the shower base.

The best way to repair this was a tear out of the old shower base and start with a new instaltion of a Kerdi shower pan and then retile with matching tiles rated for shower areas.
