In this Reno, we removed a load bearing wall from beside the stairs and replaced it with a hidden beam in the floor. It took approximately 4 days to get back to drywall. The wall originally had two air returns chased through it which we had to reroute through the attic to their intended locations as well as moving two vacu-flow locations. Another happy customer.
