Albertans need a break now - it's too bad the UCP govt doesn't care.
⛽ At 13 cents per litre, the provincial gas tax costs the average family more than $300 a year.
✂ Cutting the provincial gas tax is one of the fastest and most direct ways the government can ease pressure on household budgets, for truckers, for businesses in the food industry, and for those in the housing, construction and delivery sectors.
💸 It would provide immediate relief for commuters, parents, seniors, rural families, truckers, delivery workers, and anyone who relies on their vehicle to get to work.
Child abuse in Alberta’s child care system and Demetrios Nicolaides is unresponsive.
Absolutely unacceptable.
Alberta's child care providers are doing amazing work.
But unfortunately, bad actors exist and parents need the information to make informed decisions.
The minister's failure to act keeps kids at risk and lets everyone down.

This is cheating
Albertans deserve the right to fair representation.
Gerrymandered electoral boundaries undermine that duty.
Budget Estimates 2026 was an opportunity for the Minister to reassure Albertans that children’s safety is a priority.
Instead, we got deflection.
So I’ll ask again: when will Minister Nicolaides put Alberta’s children first?
