A little self love this morning. These photos are exactly 2 years apart. April 2024 to April 2026. Pretty proud of the work I’ve been putting in over the last two years. Trying to re-wire your old habits and change the way you treat your body is super hard. Still nowhere near as consistent as I want to be but I stopped focusing on the destination and started focusing on just putting one foot in front of the other and it changed the way I thought. Instead of feeling like I was so far away from my destination still and losing motivation, I get to look back and instead and see how far I’ve come and be proud of it. When I think about all the excuses I had this past couple years to just give up and quit, it makes me feel that much more proud and thankful for all those people in my corner that helped give me a reason to get up and go. Just going to continue focusing on the steps forward not the destination and look forward to looking back again when I’m ready and seeing how far I’ve gone.

Jumped on another AI trend of a photo with your younger self. I was around 2.5 years old here, around the same age as my niece is now.

Made me think though, if you could go back and help guide the younger version of yourself through life, what would you change? What advice would you give? Or would you stay quiet knowing that your experiences are what made you into the person you are today?

Great day with the team from and participating in the 2nd Annual Calgary Fire Burn Treatment Society Truck Pull.

Lots of laughs were had, and the boys over made me step up and do a Solo Pull of the Truck to raise money. Thank you to everyone who supported this great cause and donated so they could watch me destroy my legs and back for charity! So many great groups and people involved in this day and definitely one you should check out next year if you missed it! Just glad I have a year to recover!
