Somatic therapy is a body-based approach that helps you understand and process stress, emotions, and trauma through what’s happening in your body, not just your thoughts.

When we go through stress, our nervous system can hold onto it in ways we don’t always realize. Somatic therapy helps you gently tune into those physical sensations, build awareness, and learn how to regulate your body in a way that feels safe and supportive.

This approach can be especially helpful if you feel overwhelmed, stuck in anxiety, disconnected from yourself, or like talking about things only gets you so far.
