Skipping meals to "save up" for holiday dinners?!

This may sound like a good idea at the time... but it can often backfire! 💥

🎄Your body gets too hungry, making it harder to listen to your fullness cues later.
🎄You’re more likely to overeat, because your body is in survival mode.
🎄It creates a cycle of guilt and restriction that leaves you feeling crappy about your choices.

Instead, try this:
🎁Eat regular meals throughout the day to keep hunger at a normal and natural level
🎁Show up at dinner feeling calm and relaxed
🎁Give yourself full permission to savor your food... without guilt!

The holidays are about more than just comfort foods. 💚

Following these tips can allow you to truly connect with others instead of being focused on food all the time. 💝

Meal prep done!

I like meal prep because I always have something nourishing and tasty to eat, especially when I'm hungry and want to eat N.O.W.

That way I'm not eating overly processed crap or ordering in food.

It keeps me feeling proud of my food choices and my body feeling energized.

This week I made:
🍋 Lemon chicken with spaghetti squash
🥚 Spinach egg bites with breakfast sausages
🤷‍♀️ Didn't plan for dinners this week
