A bittersweet delivery!

This was the final piece built in my old shop in Langley! Delivering it was great but also sad as this was the last trip home to my parents house before my wife and I made the move to Alberta.
Creating a big beautiful table for my mom and dad felt amazing and being my mom, I knew she'd be happy with whatever I made for her. One lap around their house and it's like a museum of pieces I've made dating back to the late 90's, but seeing how happy they were with it really felt great!

Hopefully one day I'll be shipping big pieces like this worldwide, but for now I'm more than happy making what feels good to me and brightens other folks days!
