Let your kids have the opportunity to be brave. Giving children the chance to step outside their comfort zones fosters growth, resilience, and self-confidence. It’s through facing their fears that they discover their true strength. πŸ’ͺ

Encourage them to take that leap, conquer those challenges and watch them soar to new heights. πŸš€ When we nurture their courage, were helping them build a foundation for a lifetime of limitless possibilities.

Managing extended hours with kids at home can be a joyful challenge. Be sure to prioritize self-care to recharge, seek support, and ensure you are maintaining balance so that you are equipped to help your children.

To help your family adjust to the change in schedule, start with establishing a daily routine to create a sense of structure. Foster independence by encouraging your kids to tackle tasks on their own while maintaining open communication to be sure your child feels heard and supported. Now is the time to encourage new hobbies and interests and let their imaginations develop.

Did you know that according to Mental Health Foundation 31% of teenagers report feeling ashamed of their bodies?

Everyone should feel confident and proud of who they are, regardless of their shape or size. If you're struggling with body image, remember that you're not alone, and there are simple things you can do to shift your mindset.

Instead of focusing on the things you don't like, turn your attention to one or two things that you do love about yourself. It could be your dazzling smile, your gorgeous hair, or even just one tiny freckle on your leg. Refocusing your thoughts and reminding yourself of what you like can help boost your mood and confidence. πŸŒŸπŸ’– Let's celebrate our bodies, no matter what shape or size they may be.
