These things happen. We need to meet the tight deadlines and demands of a client in crisis. We do our best to solve the problem, change the behaviour and meet the needs identified by our clients. But what happens when you really don't have the time, resources and/or budget?

There can be incredible benefits to sharing what you are working on with your personal learning network to gain feedback, get ideas, help you over a hurdle or challenge and to test out your progress. One of my friends Cara North has put together a cool 6 week instructional design challenge.

This can be used for more than instructional design, it can be UX, coding, game-play design, graphic design - whatever YOU are working on.
