Former President and the Obama Foundation send me regualar emails, this is what I recieved today.

President Obama like former President Nelson Mandela believes in the power of sports and he has asked me to share mine with him. AND I AM SHARING WITH HIM AND YOU MY CREATING AND FOUNDING THE ME TOO INVITE RUN/WALK ANNUAL.

Join me and others running/walking in support of those individuals who may be struggling now or have struggled before with their Mental Health/Emotional Well-being. As well as the organizations who help those get the help they need when they need it the most.

nternational Women’s Day?

Observed annually on March 8, International Women’s Day celebrates the global “social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women,” according to the event website.

Today I call on all of of to advance gender equality.

International Women's Day will always a very special day for me, BECAUSE EACH YEAR MARK'S THE PASSING OF MY MOTHER (4 years ago after cancer won the fight.)

I would like to share with you a speacial peom I wrote in Honour of You Mom.

SUNDAY NIGHT MOONLIGHT.

The sky is dark on this late Sunday night.
The only thing shinning in the midnight sky is the Sunday Night Moonlight.
The moonlight shines through the cracks between my window blinds and spills out onto certain parts of the old wood floors of my apartment I so adore.

Making them appear polished and new in the late Sunday Night Moonlight.
There is something romantic happening with the Sunday Night Moonlight shining through the cracks of my window blinds and meeting the sound of that old black and white movie playing on my TV.

The romance grows more joyful for me to witness between the late-night moonlight and the 1940's black and white movie playing on my TV, as the voice of marquee movie star Lauren Bacall fills my bedroom and seduces me.

Suddenly that old grandfather clock (my mother's) in the hallway chimes out softy and forces me to look at my watch. Seeing the time is 3am, it sub-consciously speaks to me as I yawn telling me its late as lay down my head.

Rather than turn my TV off, I turn down the sound instead.

Because there is no better way for me to fall fast asleep then when my bedroom is full of blended beauty of the late-night Sunday Moonlight and the sound of Lauren Bacall's & Mom's Voice in My Head.

"ME TOO INVITE RUN/WALK ANNUAL" IS GOING TO BE AN ANNUAL EVENT IN COMMUNITIES, CITIES ACROSS CANADA, UNITED STATES AND OTHER COUNTRIES MUCH IN THE SAME WAY "RUN FOR THE CURE" IS.

I WOULD LOVE TAYLOR TO HELP BE A PART OF MAKING THIS HAPPEN, SIMPLY BY JUST BEING A PARTICIPANT IN THE FIRST "ME TOO INVITE RUN/WALK ANNUAL" IN METRO VANCOUVER CANADA.

The late great actor/producer Robin Williams said it is: "The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the people who actually do change the world."

Call me crazy Fu*k Yeah I am going to change the world with my "Me Too Invite Run/Walk Annual."

And I got another late great man - Nelson Mandela's words to prove it too.
