The goal of the OCC program is to provide community members with the opportunity to build character, develop social and life skills, connect to community resources, and provide recreational opportunities to improve the overall quality of life. ROCK EarlyON provides a welcoming and inclusive environment for all children (ages birth to six years), and their families to participate in programs onsite, virtually, and outdoors. These free high-quality programs encourage children’s social, emotional, and developmental milestones and opportunities for growth. Parenting services also provide parenting supports that will guide a fulsome understanding of infant and child’s developmental and mental health needs
