Elevate Plus is a free workforce training program available to individuals in the Bay of Quinte region who are currently unemployed and would like to work in the area's thriving manufacturing industry. Successful graduates are offered a full time job at a local manufacturing facility. This Employment Ontario program is funded in part by the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario.
