Suino Sensei is not just one of the best Iaido instructors in North America, but one of the best martial arts instructors period. Don’t miss this chance to train with him. Suino Sensei is coming back to NKS Richmond Hill on Saturday April 11 and Sunday April 12! Whether you’re a member of NKS or not you’re welcome to attend, no Iaido experience or equipment necessary. Just come out and have fun while learning Japanese swordsmanship from the best there is!

Awesome first day of Camp! These kids got 3 karate classes in, completed an egg engineering challenge, and had a blast playing a variety of games. We’ll be back at it next year, so if you missed out be sure to mark your calendar for Camp Black Belt in 2026!

Two advanced students from NKS Barrie attended the North Bay Open, a national qualifier event a achieved received medals! Sensei Ethan placed 2nd in the Mens U21 division, and Asia placed 3rd in U14! Meanwhile Charisma from NKS Aurora placed 1st in U16! Congratulations and keep up the good work! 🥋🥇🥈🥉
