Listen, I KNOW supplementing is NOT sexy! But don’t skip over this!!
People load up on a vitamin for this and a mineral for that, (terrible strategy as nutrients work in synergies and need cofactors) and it’s just EXPENSIVE URINE.
They look at percentages on the bottle and never once look for proof that you are ABSORBING any of it.
