Direct solar drying takes about 2 days of solar drying to complete a singular process. Our fruits are handled all the way in a quality environment. When they get in a package they are value added significantly. We purchase organically grown fruits from local farmers and plan to support our farmers with extension services, seeds and organic methodologies.
