This past weekend Nexa Collective facilitated an induction training for the 2026 Collective Cohort.Undergraduates,graduates and young professionals from respective industries and institutions in Botswana were present.

The training covered :
1. Introduction to the Corporate MICE industry.
2. Professional and Personal growth development .
3. Specific role training for all present talents.

The Vice Chancellor of the University of Botswana ,Prof Davis Norris honored the induction.The key takeaways from his Keynote address were the paramount importance of Youth Innovation and Creativity to solve current economic challenges.He also emphasized on contributing heavily to a knowledge based approach to economic development.

The company would love to once again welcome all new recruits of Nexa Collective.This is the beginning of a journey full of empowerment,collaboration and support.

This past week, we had the honour of supporting the BUR Tax Pitso, hosted by the Ministry of Finance and Botswana Unified Revenue Service, under the theme “Shaping Botswana’s Future Tax System: Dialogue for Fair and Sustainable Tax Reform.”

Beyond the important national dialogue, this platform created a meaningful opportunity for the youth. Through this engagement, we proudly deployed a team of talented Undergraduates and Graduates, equipping them with hands-on experience in professional protocol and event services.

At Nexa Collective, we remain committed to bridging the gap between academic learning and industry exposure,empowering young people to step confidently into professional spaces.
We commend the Ministry of Finance and BURS for intentionally creating inclusive platforms that open doors for youth participation and development.
