People often celebrate the completed building, but very few stop to appreciate the machine that made it possible.

I am joined by my son, Otlhaga “OT” Mogobe, who is spearheading our funding outreach efforts, and Abraham Chisoro of Chilambos Constructors, whose team is leading the construction works. Together, we are turning vision into reality—one foundation, one excavation, and one milestone at a time.

This ambitious development is being undertaken under the auspices of our public company, LERUD Ltd, utilising our innovative Variable Rate Loan Stock Company (VRLSC) model and modus operandi. Through this structure, we are creating a platform that enables ordinary Batswana and other investors to participate in institutional-quality real estate development and wealth creation while helping finance transformational projects.
