Yard Fence Painting
We completed this Yard Fence Painting project at one of the RTC Dumra home residences, and the transformation exceeded expectations, greatly enhancing the overall ambiance of the villa. To ensure the utmost durability and quality, we exclusively utilized premium exterior materials available in the market.
The Process:
• We removed mosses from the cement wall by wire brushing and pressure washing.
• Next, we applied an exterior primer. It's important to note that interior and exterior primers are distinct, featuring different chemical compositions and purposes. Exterior primer is essential for this application and cannot be substituted with interior primer, although the reverse is possible.
• For the top coat, we have applied 2 coats of Nerolac Excel Anti Peel Exterior Acrylic Emulsion paint.

Mending, patch putty applications, sanding the Fabrication plywood walls.
Challenges- paint not sticking on the waterproof plywood. The plywood not at all absorbing the paint. When it does on repetition, it comes good.
