Honored to represent Bhutan at the Global South–South Dialogue and “AI for All: Reimagining Global Cooperation” as part of a sideline event at the AI Impact Summit in New Delhi.

We had meaningful discussions on AI for governance, data & compute access, and research collaboration. I shared Bhutan’s perspective that AI should not only be technically intelligent, but also culturally intelligent understanding local context, values, and people.

We also highlighted the need for stronger research support to bridge gaps for underserved communities across the Global South. Thank you so much Carnegie India and Organizers for the opportunity 🙏
