Strength is a conversation with your body, not a battle. You donât have to choose between being disciplined and being gentle. The real transformation happens when you are both!
For years, fitness culture praised pushing through pain, no days off and if youâre not dying, youâre not trying!
But the truth is:

Ever felt like your bodyâs holding back, even when your mind is ready to go all in?
