Become a Junior Business Developer and join our community. As such, you will work on different client projects, improve your skills and business knowledge, and develop into a Merluno consultant.

We invite you to an intensive traineeship in Business Development through which you will learn to be more (self)conscious, open, assertive, critical, persistent, and entrepreneurial in creating and seizing opportunities. Models, tools, structure, training and attention will be given to you. Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Preferred areas: business, economics, marketing, or communication
- Fluency in Dutch and French & professional working proficiency in English
- Versatile and coachable attitude: committed to personal growth, replacing fear of the unknown with curiosity, willing to make your hands dirty, self-reflexive and a love of learning - and unlearning
- Passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation: combining commercial flair with strategic thinking
