About the Company
A growing Food & Beverage manufacturing company seeking a competent and experienced Factory Accountant to manage full factory accounting operations and ensure financial control, compliance, and reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities (Full Factory Operation):
Maintain full set of factory accounts (General Ledger, Cash Book, Bank Book).
Handle raw material inventory, WIP, and finished goods stock accounting.
Costing & production cost analysis.
Monitor daily production reports and reconcile with stock.
Prepare monthly financial statements & management reports.
Budget preparation and cost control monitoring.
Supervise factory payroll & wage processing.
VAT, Tax & statutory compliance as per Bangladesh law.
Coordinate with Head Office Accounts & Management.
Manage internal control systems and assist in audit.
Oversee petty cash and banking transactions.
Monitor purchase, store & sales accounting entries.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
Partially qualified CMA or CA/CC will be preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in factory-based accounting (Food & Beverage preferred).
Strong knowledge of inventory management & costing.
Good command in Tally/ERP/Accounting Software.
Sound knowledge of VAT & Tax regulations.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to handle full factory accounts independently.

Additional Requirements:
Must be willing to work in factory location (Fatikchhari, Chittagong).
Honest, responsible, and capable of handling operational pressure.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: BDT 50,000/- per month
