আমি শারমিন আক্তার – একজন সাবেক রেডিওগ্রাফার ও বায়োকেমিস্ট, ৮ বছরের পেশাগত অভিজ্ঞতা রয়েছে এই ক্ষেত্রে। যদিও এখন আমি মেডিকেল ফিল্ড থেকে অবসর নিয়েছি, তবে আমি যেটা সত্যি উপভোগ করি, সেটা হলো রান্না।
২০১৬ সালে আমি পড়াশোনার জন্য ঢাকায় আসি এবং ২০২৪ সালের শেষ পর্যন্ত ঢাকাতেই ছিলাম। এরপর আমি আমার নতুন জীবনের শুরু করি আমার প্রিয় জীবনসঙ্গীর সঙ্গে। আমাদের বিয়ে হয় ২০২৪ সালের ফেব্রুয়ারি মাসে। তিনি সবসময় আমার পাশে আছেন – রান্না ও ঘরের অন্যান্য কাজে সাহায্য করেন এবং সবসময় আমাকে উৎসাহ দিয়ে চলেন।
Spicy Spoon শুধুমাত্র একটি রান্নার পেজ নয়, এটি আমার জীবনের গল্প, আমার সৃষ্টিশীলতার প্রকাশ এবং প্রতিটি রান্নায় ভালোবাসার ছোঁয়া। আমার স্বামী ও আপনাদের ভালোবাসা নিয়ে আমি এই স্বপ্নকে বাস্তবে রূপ দিতে চাই – যেন এটি একদিন একটি সফল খাবার-ভিত্তিক উদ্যোগে পরিণত হয়।
