As a skilled Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective content for our branding, promotions, and digital marketing materials. Your designs will present our offers, packages, and services in a compelling way to attract customer attention and drive sales.

You will use design software to create posters, social media content, banners, flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials. Working closely with the marketing and sales teams, you will ensure that the company’s visual identity is consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create graphic content for social media, print, and online marketing.
• Design professional and consistent visuals in accordance with the company's brand guidelines.
• Develop creative concepts and solve design problems with innovative thinking.
• Deliver content on time based on concepts provided by the marketing team.
• Motion graphics and video editing skills will be considered an added advantage.
• Prepare content in both print-ready and social media-friendly formats.

Requirements:
• Prior experience in a relevant field (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Skills in motion graphics or video editing will be considered a strong plus.
• Creative mindset with originality in design.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to work collaboratively within a team environment.

As a skilled Air Ticketing & Reservation Executive, you will play a pivotal role in providing customers with detailed information on flight bookings, reservation management, travel routing, fare details, and flight schedules. Your primary goal is to ensure every client enjoys an outstanding and hassle‑free travel experience.

You will build strong relationships with customers via phone, email, live chat, or face‑to‑face interactions, delivering reliable and prompt service tailored to their needs. Maintaining high standards of customer service while achieving or exceeding sales targets also falls within your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries about flight availability, schedules, and fares.
• Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling airline tickets in compliance with airline policies.
• Accurately input passenger details when confirming tickets.
• Provide detailed information on travel routes, flight connections, and layovers.
• Process payments securely and efficiently, ensuring accuracy in ticket issuance and billing.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate travel solutions to enhance their travel experience.

Requirements:
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or the travel industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Provide prompt, uninterrupted responses to customers across phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Stay motivated by embracing sales targets for air ticket sales at all times.

Working Hours:
Roster‑based shifts
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (6 days/week)
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (6 days/week)

Location:
• Bangali Travel Limited, 3rd Floor, Hadi Plaza, 279, 1st Colony, Mazar Road, Mirpur, Dhaka 1216, Bangladesh

Benefits:
• Monthly salary: BDT 10,000 – 15,000
• 10% commission on sales revenue (terms apply)
