For ACI 318-14, refer to Table 6.6.3.1.1(a)

For column - 0.70 Ig

For beam - 0.35 Ig

For walls - 0.35 Ig for cracked and 0.70 for uncracked

For flat slabs and plates - 0.25 Ig
