Position: Executive, Digital Marketing

Location: Shibbari Mor, Khulna, Bangladesh
Workplace: Work at office or Remote office(Dhaka)

Job Responsibilities:
-Pixel, Google Analytics, GSC and Tag Manager Set-Up.
-Implement tracking pixels for accurate data collection.
-Configure Google Analytics for performance tracking.
-Optimise tag manager systems for streamlined data analysis.
-Perform exploratory data analysis to inform marketing strategies.
-Segment customers based on demographics, behaviours, and purchase history.
-Customer Behaviour Analysis.
-Collaborate with UX/UI teams for data-driven design.
-Address customer concerns proactively.
-Predict marketing trends and customer behaviour.
-Support budget planning with data-driven forecasts.
-Reporting and Visualization.
-Create visually appealing data reports and dashboards.
-Utilise data visualisation tools for effective communication.
-Generate actionable recommendations for marketing optimization.
-Collaborate on implementing recommended changes and measuring their impact.
-Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display)
-Implement digital marketing campaigns and optimise them for maximum efficiency and ROI.
-Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements to increase conversion rates and lead quality.

Qualifications and Skills:
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
-2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
-Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, etc.
-Prior experience in the education technology industry is a plus.
-Demonstrated ability to be a team player among a group of marketing professionals.
