It was noon when the moment arrived,
The day had forgotten, but the sky
Was starry, vast, and deep,
As I sat upon a hill, lost in thought,
Memories, sorrow, and life intertwined,
Sparked within my mind.

I drank, perhaps waiting for death to come,
And then, I found you—
The one who saved me from the dark,
Bringing joy, filling my heart
With a warmth I'd long forgotten.

But, You turned my hope to misery.
Now, silence calls, a whisper deep,
As I yearn to fade, to cease, to sleep—
A quiet end, unseen, unknown,
A wish to be, once more, alone.
