ডোনাল্ড ট্রাম্পের ঘোষণা অনুযায়ী, বুধবার তিনি প্রশাসনিক নির্দেশে সই করে ভারতের উপর আরো ২৫ শতাংশ শুল্ক বসিয়েছেন। এর আগে ভারতীয় পণ্যের উপর ২৫ শতাংশ হারে শুল্ক ছিল। সবমিলিয়ে ভারতীয় পণ্যের উপর এখন থেকে ৫০ শতাংশ হারে শুল্ক বসানো হলো। শুধুমাত্র ব্রাজিল ও ভারতের উপরেই এতো বেশি শুল্ক বসানো হয়েছে।

Three fully-funded scholarships are currently open for Bangladeshi graduates seeking master's or PhD degrees abroad:

Fulbright Foreign Student Program (USA): Full funding for master’s/PhD. Applications accepted annually by May.

GREAT Scholarships (UK): £10,000 awards for graduate study at leading UK universities. Deadlines vary.

DAAD Helmut-Schmidt-Programme (Germany): Tuition, living stipend (€992/month), travel, and insurance covered for master’s in public policy, law, and governance. Applications for October 2026 intake open 1 June–31 July 2025. Apply directly to up to two German universities.
